The Broad River Review is proud to announce the winners of The Rash Awards in Fiction and Poetry for 2012.

Abigail Lipscomb of Fincastle, Virginia, won The Rash Award for Fiction for her story “Carousel.”

Karen Luke Jackson of Hendersonville, North Carolina, won The Rash Award for Poetry for “A Triptych on the First Anniversary of My Mother’s Death.”
